New pricing updates require Pro and the available signed-in review workflow. Existing history and eligible Undo remain separate from creating new updates.
How to use it
- Open the available pricing workspace and choose Review for the batch you want to inspect.
- Check each estimate's evidence, missing facts and date before selecting eligible entries; Select all applies only to eligible estimates.
- Review the selected count and estimate total, then use Apply followed by that count of updates only when you intend those changes.
- Open History to inspect the applied batch. Use Undo all affected updates when offered and review any conflicts.
- Review recurring permission separately before saving it. Use Revoke to stop that permission's future use.
What the numbers and terms mean
An estimate range is a sourced planning suggestion, separate from Your asking price and Cost paid. Selected estimate total covers only selected entries. Undo can restore only eligible, unchanged records; conflicts need review.
Worked example
A suggested $20–$30 estimate must not overwrite a $35 asking price or a $12 recorded cost. If evidence is insufficient, keep it insufficient rather than inventing a midpoint or treating it as zero.
Before you rely on this
Estimates are not guaranteed or live market values. Check the source, date and condition; missing facts stay unknown. Access to the review screen does not mean the evidence is sufficient. A recurring permission covers only the changes you agreed to, and you can revoke its future use.
Worked examples are fictional. Follow the controls available in your release and account.
