How to use it
- Open Business Hub and review Workspace, Access and Business/show review.
- Choose the next action for your vendor, shop or promoter work; use Online profile for an online business.
- If a request is pending, open its review status instead of sending another request.
Example: a shop awaiting review
Choose the shop workspace and open Review requests when offered. Read the existing request and any review note. Choosing Shop Owner or buying Pro does not approve the request.
Access and ownership are separate
Pro covers business workspaces and a private online shortlist. An existing assigned shop access can also open the applicable shop tools without account-wide Pro. Ownership approval, team permissions and enabled services still determine which actions are available.
When status cannot load
Use Retry to load the real status. Missing or offline data does not mean a business is unclaimed, a request was approved or a change was saved. Business pages and declared appearances do not guarantee inventory or complete show coverage.
Physical shops and Online
Ownership review for a physical shop can start Free. Online-business listing and ownership requests require Pro. Assigned shop access still requires the appropriate approval, valid active, trialing or grace-period access, and team permissions.
