Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Keep account information accurate, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell CardShow if you believe your account was used without permission.
Use accurate information
Only submit shows, shops, profiles, claims, reports, and updates you believe are accurate and authorized. Do not use CardShow for fraud, harassment, spam, unlawful conduct, or interference with the service.
Claims, user content, and moderation
Do not claim or control a shop, seller profile, or show unless authorized. A claim starts review and does not automatically transfer control. You retain ownership of submitted content and give CardShow a non-exclusive license to host, format, and display it as needed to operate and promote the service. CardShow may review, correct, restrict, or remove submissions, claims, reports, public content, or accounts to protect the service and hobby community.
Directory information
Listings, dates, hours, inventory signals, and other directory information may change or contain errors. Verify important details directly with the shop, promoter, or venue before traveling or making plans.
No marketplace or transaction guarantee
CardShow helps people discover and connect. It does not process collectible payments, reserve inventory, authenticate items, guarantee condition, value, or availability, or mediate disputes.
Connected assistants
You may choose to connect CardShow to a supported outside assistant after provider review. It may act only within records and permissions available to the signed-in 5Line Account. Review the exact target and final state before confirming a change. Provider availability and prompt handling follow that provider's terms and privacy practices.
HobbyWise matching
Optional Hunt List matching requires eligible CardShow access, the same 5Line Account in HobbyWise, and permission. A match is informational and does not guarantee possession, authenticity, price, condition, reservation, or availability. HobbyWise remains a separate product and purchase.
Apple subscriptions
Collector Plus and CardShow Pro are offered only through Apple in the CardShow app. Payment is charged to the Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through the Apple Account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and eligible refunds. Use Restore Purchases in CardShow for qualifying access. This website does not sell subscriptions or collect payment-card details.
Service changes
CardShow may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or misuse the service. CardShow is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
Responsibility and availability
CardShow is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for interactions, travel decisions, purchases outside CardShow, and compliance with applicable law. Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
