Start deletion in CardShow
- Open CardShow and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm the permanent request.
The request starts permanent deletion. It is not completed immediately. Support will email when processing is complete or when identity confirmation is required.
If you cannot access the app
Email support@cardshow.net from the address on the account. Include only the information needed to identify the CardShow account. Do not send a password, one-time code, payment information, or Apple Account credentials.
Apple subscriptions are separate
Deleting a CardShow account does not cancel Collector Plus or CardShow Pro. Manage or cancel the subscription separately in your Apple Account settings.
What may remain
Some limited records may be retained when required by law or reasonably needed for fraud prevention, service security, entitlement history, or moderation.
