How to use it
- In Business setup, choose Vendor, Shop Owner, Show Promoter, or a combination.
- Choose Create My Business Hub or Save Workspaces and wait for a successful save.
- In Business Hub, check Access and Business/show review, then open the relevant next action.
Example: vendor and shop owner
If you both sell at shows and operate a shop, select Vendor and Shop Owner. Create a vendor profile in its workspace and begin the separate shop ownership review. One workspace selection does not approve the other.
Choosing roles and gaining access
Saving account business-workspace choices requires Pro. A role is a navigation preference, not ownership evidence or paid access. Existing assigned shop access remains a separate route to the shop tools your team role permits; it does not unlock all Pro workspaces.
Save or connection problems
If saving fails, keep your selections and retry. Do not assume the workspace changed until the save succeeds. Free collectors can compare plans and start the supported free shop review without changing account entitlements.
Physical shops and Online
Ownership review for a physical shop can start Free. Online-business listing and ownership requests require Pro. Assigned shop access still requires the appropriate approval, valid active, trialing or grace-period access, and team permissions.
