How to use it
- Open Shop Owner workspace and search by shop name, city or state under Request Shop Review.
- Check the location and choose Request for the correct shop; use the existing request status if it is already In Review.
- After approval, open the assigned shop and its available details, activity or reporting tools.
Example: find the right location
Search your shop name and check the city and address before requesting ownership review. If the result already says In Review, inspect your request and review note instead of duplicating it. If the listing is missing, use the existing Submit flow.
Account Pro or assigned access
Applicable shop tools can use account Pro or existing assigned shop access in active, trialing or grace-period status. Assigned access is limited to that shop; it does not give account-wide Pro or ownership. Ownership review itself can start Free.
Team permissions still apply
Owners and managers can edit shop details; publishers can publish permitted activity, and analysts can view permitted reporting. Team management belongs to the owner. Use only the actions your workspace exposes. If access or request status cannot load, retry rather than treating it as approval or loss of access.
Physical shops and Online
Ownership review for a physical shop can start Free. Online-business listing and ownership requests require Pro. Assigned shop access still requires the appropriate approval, valid active, trialing or grace-period access, and team permissions.
