How to use it

  1. Tap New list and enter a List name.
  2. Choose a List purpose: Collection, Want List, Set or Project, or Show Plan.
  3. Tap Create List, then open the list and choose Add item.
  4. Enter the piece's details, tap Save item, and open the saved entry when you need to update it.

What the numbers and terms mean

List purpose describes how you use the list. Collection estimate uses owner-entered estimates; it is separate from purchase outlay and actual sale amounts.

In an upcoming app update, Recorded subtotal adds the estimates you entered. Coverage shows entries with positive estimates and entries that are blank or $0. Blank and $0 estimates are shown together. A subtotal from only part of the list is not the value of the whole collection, and an estimate does not record a purchase or sale.

Worked example

Keep a five-card Set or Project checklist separate from the cards already in your Collection. A $25 estimated value is not proof that you paid or can sell it for $25.

Before you rely on this

Estimates are your planning facts, not a live market-price feed or appraisal. Distinct physical copies can have different condition, cost and storage details. Pro seller lists have additional inventory fields.

Worked examples are fictional. Follow the controls available in your release and account.
