Free core tracking. Core lists and transactions have no count limit.
How to use it
- In Events, tap New event, Add, or Plan your first event when the list is empty. Enter Event name, choose Start and an optional End.
- Enter a Spending plan (optional) and choose whether to Include in monthly budget.
- Tap Create Event, then open the event and use Manage lists to attach your relevant list.
- Record event activity through the event's linked items and review Budget, Remaining, Spent and Sales when shown.
What the numbers and terms mean
Budget is the event spending plan. Event Remaining is Budget minus Spent plus Sales. Included in monthly budget links event activity into regular activity; Event only keeps it separate.
List estimates are your entered item estimates, separate from the event Spending plan. Blank and $0 estimates are stored together; they are not a market valuation.
Worked example
An $80 event plan with $52 spent and no sales shows $28 Remaining. A later $10 event sale makes event Remaining $38. The regular monthly purchase budget is different: sales do not refill it.
Before you rely on this
A spending plan reserves no money. Included activity uses its recorded activity date, not just the event's scheduled date. Review the inclusion setting and saved entries before comparing event and monthly totals.
Worked examples are fictional. Follow the controls available in your release and account.
