Collector reports are Free. Seller economics and business reports require Pro.

In this guideFollow the stepsUnderstand the termsWorked exampleWhat to check

How to use it

  1. Choose Monthly or Annual and check the displayed This Month or This Year context.
  2. Choose All or the category you want to inspect.
  3. Read the metric labels. For a Business report, open records with missing profit details before treating profit as complete. In an upcoming app update, Review opens Sales with Missing Details selected. Its summary totals cover all dates. Return to Reports for its selected period and category.
  4. For supported Pro business reports, use Export CSV after reviewing the selected period and category.

What the numbers and terms mean

Collector net spend compares purchases and sales. Seller net proceeds subtracts fees and shipping paid and adds shipping charged to the sale amount. Item profit then subtracts known item cost; operating expenses are a separate business measure.

Worked example

A $100 sale with $10 fees, $5 shipping paid, $0 shipping charged and $40 known item cost yields $85 net proceeds and $45 item profit before operating expenses.

Before you rely on this

Missing cost, fees or shipping is not zero. Check incomplete-data coverage and the selected category; a filtered report does not describe your whole business or collection value.

Worked examples are fictional. Follow the controls available in your release and account.
