How to use it
- Tap Add item for one physical copy, or Import to review a file before saving inventory.
- Use Add photo, then enter known Cost paid, a separate Your asking price, Storage location and SKU. Choose Linked buy when the copy belongs to a recorded buy.
- Tap Save item. Active shows unsold stock; Sold shows recorded sold copies; All includes every status. Search by item, SKU, storage or list, and use Filters or Sort to narrow the results.
- Use Clear search and filters to reset browsing, or Show all inventory when nothing matches. Photos and List change the view without changing your records.
- Open the exact copy before Edit item. Back cancels an unsaved edit; Save item keeps the change. Select chooses copies for existing label or delete actions; review the selection before continuing.
What the numbers and terms mean
Cost paid is that copy's cost or allocated share of a buy. Your asking price is your working sale price. Margin at asking is asking price minus known cost, before fees and shipping. SKU and storage facts identify and locate the physical copy.
Worked example
Two copies of the same card can have different condition, $10 and $14 costs, and different storage locations. Keep them as distinct copies rather than assuming their economics match.
Before you rely on this
An asking price is neither an appraisal nor realized proceeds. Leaving cost blank means unknown cost. Adding inventory does not publish a listing or synchronize a marketplace.
Earlier versions call Linked buy “Acquisition”, show Photos/List as icons, and call Margin at asking “Profit before fees”. The underlying copy, buy and sale records are unchanged.
Worked examples are fictional. Follow the controls available in your release and account.
