How to use it

1. Open Shows and review the exact event. Prepare stock in Inventory: set asking price, storage and Priced or Stored status. Use Print labels to choose exact copies.
2. Use Create PDF, then Open PDF. In the printer app, print at Actual Size or 100% scale.
3. Open Quick sale and choose the Show. Code / SKU is the default: enter each exact HW code or SKU and tap Add code. Choose Camera for scanning when available. Tap Done when the basket is ready.
4. Remove items outside the deal. Enter Amount received and review each copy's Received allocation and Payment. Fees and shipping stay unconfirmed unless you choose None for this deal. Tap Save deal once.

What the numbers and terms mean

A label contains your copy identifier and chosen label detail. Received amounts split the accepted total by asking price; unknown cost keeps profit unknown. The selected show receives the same sold-copy activity. This does not publish a marketplace listing.

Worked example

Scan three copies, then Remove one that the buyer declines. Review and save the two-copy deal; only those two sold copies should change status.

Before you rely on this

Earlier versions show the scanner first and do not offer the selected-show or explicit no-fees/shipping choices. Review later remains the default; only choose None for this deal when no such amounts apply. Labels do not publish marketplace listings. Allow camera access for scanning, or enter Code or SKU manually. Use a compatible printer. Before the show, check that you can load your stock and save a deal with the connection you will have available.
